1. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
We typically take 15–20 working days to deliver your order anywhere across India. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link for real-time updates.
2. Can I visit your store?
Yes, visits are by appointment only.
Please call us to schedule your visit. We’re located in Ulsoor, Bengaluru, but we’re happy to serve clients pan India through our website and WhatsApp.
3. Do you offer customisation?
Yes, we specialise in customisation. Whether it’s sizing, design tweaks, or creating something from scratch. Just share your vision and we’ll make it happen.
4. How do I place an order?
You can place your order directly through our website or connect with us on WhatsApp/Instagram. We’ll guide you through the entire process.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallet payments. For studio appointments, we also accept cash.
6. Is there a return or exchange policy?
Since each piece is made to order, we do not accept returns. However, if there’s a sizing issue or damage in transit, we’ll be happy to assist. Please reach out within 48 hours of delivery.
7. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, international shipping is available. Please contact us directly for charges and timelines.
8. Can I get updates during the making of my piece?
Yes! We believe in keeping you involved. You’ll receive periodic updates on your order status especially for customised pieces.
