Made-to-Order Policy:
As all our outfits are made to order, we currently do not offer return or refund options. However, in the rare event of an issue such as damage, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. We are here to assist and guide you through the resolution process.

Alterations:
We understand that perfect fit is key to any outfit. That’s why we offer alteration services. Our team is committed to ensuring your satisfaction and the flawless fit of every piece.

Order cancellation:
Incase of any order cancellation, the customer is given 48 hours after the order is taken to cancel their order, the refund will be provided if the cancellation in within the hours.
